- Account Deletion Requests: If you submit an account deletion request via the App or our Site, we record your email address, the request timestamp, and the status of the request.

- ElevenLabs (elevenlabs.io/privacy): Powers AI voice conversations within the App. Your voice input and conversation data are processed by ElevenLabs to generate AI responses. Conversation transcripts and metadata may be stored by ElevenLabs in accordance with their policies.
- Convex (convex.dev/privacy): Our backend database and serverless infrastructure provider. All app data — including your account details, learning progress, conversation history, and usage records — is stored securely on Convex's infrastructure.
- Google reCAPTCHA v3 (policies.google.com/privacy): Used on our website's account deletion form to protect against automated abuse. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information and sends it to Google for analysis. This processing is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the App's services. Specifically:
- Account information is retained until your account is deleted;
- Conversation history and learning progress data are retained to provide the history and progress tracking features;
- Payment records are retained as required by applicable financial regulations;
